Make
Visual scenarios that move work between apps.
Make runs scenarios: a trigger in one app, then a chain of modules that write, filter, or notify somewhere else. Usage is counted in credits. As of the note on Make’s site, most actions use one credit, and some AI features use more.
The free plan includes 1,000 credits a month and is not time-limited. Make’s own comparison with Zapier says paid plans start at $9 for 10,000 credits a month on the Core plan. The pricing page confirms the free allowance and says yearly billing is cheaper than monthly. It did not restate the $9 figure in the text we checked on October 15, 2026, so confirm the billing toggle before you pay.
Zapier is the other automation tool here. It bills tasks instead of credits, and its paid plans start higher.

- Multi-step scenarios are available without a separate product
- Core has a published starting price of $9 for 10,000 credits
Cons

- Yearly and monthly rates are not both printed next to the $9 figure
- A busy scenario can exhaust the monthly credit allotment
